How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-4 business days and typically arrive in about 8 to 12 days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Why did my kit arrive in separate boxes?
Bundle kits combine multiple products that may ship from different locations, so pieces can arrive separately. Everything is still on its way!
Do all kits include free earplugs?
Yes, every sleep kit ships with a free pair of noise-reducing earplugs.
Will the bed sheets fit my mattress?
Our sheets come in metric sizes: 170 × 230 cm (about 67 × 91 in) and 230 × 250 cm (about 91 × 98 in). Please compare these with your mattress before ordering.
What's the difference between the cooling blanket and the heated shawl?
The Bamboo Cooling Blanket is for people who sleep hot: it's light, breathable and cool to the touch. The USB Heated Shawl is for people who run cold, with 3 heat settings you can wear on the couch, at your desk or in bed. Can't decide? The Ultimate Sleep Kit includes both.
What do I need to power the heated shawl?
Any USB power bank or USB wall adapter. A power bank and adapter are not included. The shawl stops heating as soon as you unplug it.
