Shipping Policy

We want your Clarech sleep essentials to reach you smoothly. Here's everything you need to know.

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in about 8–12 business days. Some of our products ship from partner warehouses outside the US, which is why delivery takes a little longer than with some retailers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays can add extra time.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Sleep kits and multi-item orders
Items in a kit or a multi-item order may ship from different locations, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Order tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as each package ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after you receive it.

Delays
If your order will ship later than the time stated above, we'll email you with an updated estimate. You can then choose to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or late packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
